To create prices for schools according to the days or hours per week, we must access Planning → Courses → Courses/Schools.

Here we will see the list of schools that we have created. Click the icon   in the school that we want to create prices according to the days or hours per week:

Once we have entered we will go to the General section and check the calculation method that we want to use for the calculation of prices:

If we want to create the prices according to the hours per week we will choose the option Hours per week and if we want to create the prices according to the days per week we will choose the option Days per week. We can also choose the option to create Fixed prices.

If we choose the option Days per week, to create new prices we will go to the Prices section:

Click the icon  and we will see the following window:

As we can see, here we must enter the Description or Name of the price, the Validity Period, the Group, the Level, the Grouping of schedules, the Period of payment of the quota, the number of days per week to which the price is applied , If it is a priority over the other prices created, the Registration amount, the Monthly Fee in this case, the VAT rate and Billing data. Once we have finished entering the data press Insert.

As an example we will see how to create a price for two days a week:

As we see, we have indicated that the number of days per week to which this price is applied is 2, no tuition fee is paid and we have put a monthly fee of 69 euros. Therefore, this price will automatically apply when a student enrolls in two classes per week:

As we can verify, when enrolling two days a week applies the price we have created. We can also create prices for every day per week we want.

On the other hand, we will see the case where we choose the option of Hours per week. As we have seen previously, to create new prices we will go to the Prices section and click on the icon  and we will see a window like the following:

As we see, the main difference with the first case is that we must now enter the total class time in minutes and not the number of classes per week.

Therefore, we will now see an example of creating a price for two hours of weekly classes:

We have indicated that for two hours of weekly classes (120 minutes) the price is 59 euros. In addition, we have specified that this price applies to people entering the Amateur group. As we have seen previously, this price will be automatically applied when enrolling a student two hours a week:

As we can verify, the price is automatically applied when enrolling two classes of one hour each. We can also create other prices for different hours per week.

Finally, we can also modify the prices created by clicking the icon  or delete them by pressing .

When we modify prices created we will be able to accede to the section Applying Price Conditions and we will be able to create new conditions to create prices:

As we see, when you press we can add conditions to apply the price as the ages to which you want to apply the price, choose a specific customer, choose a type of customer, choose a group or choose a type of subscription or rate.
