With Matchpoint we can set up exceptions for our booking policies. With these exceptions we can for example block on-line bookings for a specific time-frame. We can also limit the number of bookings our customer can make to one in the morning and one in the afternoon or prevent them from booking the same time two or more days in a row.
In order to create an exception to our booking policy, we can select the booking policy from System > Facilities > Booking Policy
Once we have selected the Booking Policy, we can select the Days off menu and create a new exception and the days and times it will apply.
